Physiotherapy consists of a thorough history and physical assessment to create a treatment plan. Treatment options available include: joint and soft tissue mobilisation; Myofascial Release; Craniosacral Therapy; Visceral Manipulation; Somatic Experiencing; movement awareness, re-education and exercises.
